Return and Refund Policy

As our services are digital and subscription-based, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted or the subscription period has started.

However, refunds may be considered in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues preventing service access (verified by our support team)

  • Erroneous charges

Refund requests must be submitted to info@smartmindtechnology.com within 7 days of the payment date.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
